McAleer Solutions has developed a fixed-asset tracking system designed for the on-the-go user. With assetTrak© & pocketTrak© fixed-asset tracking is extremely simple and efficient. Using assetTrak© assets can be viewed, modified, barcode labels can be printed, and batches of barcode labels can be printed for future assets. pocketTrak© makes tracking assets a breeze. Fixed-assets are tracked using sessions, and are grouped by cost centers and locations. In case of a missing asset or transferred asset, the system automatically adjusts the asset's location info.
Here are just a few of the many features offerred by assetTrak©:
- View/Edit/Delete existing fixed-assets housed in the NextGen© client database
- Print single/multiple barcodes for existing fixed-assets
- Print new barcode batches for new fixed-assets
- Create multiple sessions for tracking data in the same cost center
- Create single session for tracking all current fixed-assets
- Run exception reports explaining issues with each fixed-asset
- Design custom barcode formats to fit your school system's needs
Using NextGen FTS, tracking fixed-assets will be more accurate and will increase efficiency in the tracking and auditing processes. Using Symbol's© latest technologies, NextGen FTS also provides in-the-office features while on the go.
